Have you ever asked yourself, “who am I? What is my purpose on this earth? Am I reaching my full potential? Do I have an unknown calling? Do you analyze yourself, your actions and how you think? Questioning the growth you’ve made? I can say I have answered yes to just about every last question asked. At times, I have questioned who I was and my purpose on this earth. My impact on others… If I died tomorrow, would I be happy with the life I’ve lived?
The truth is none of us are perfect. It’s that simple. Yet in today’s age, many people get so lost in society’s social norms, even myself. Self-love is important, yes, but people tend to miss the accountability portion of it … We become obsessed with the image of self-love, we forget to be critical of our own actions. Question our thought process… Self-love without self-awareness is useless. It’s time to be accountable for everything we do. This goes back to knowing yourself and it’s not an easy process. It’s a journey that even I am still on but determined to finish no matter how long it takes.
Remember the quote below:
“Our thoughts become our words, our words become our beliefs, our beliefs become our actions, our actions become our habits and our habits become our realities.”
